Through the site's contact form, we collect:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • the selected project type
  • the content of your message

For security purposes and to limit abuse (anti-spam), your IP address is also processed temporarily when the form is submitted.

Recipients and sub-processors

Your data is transmitted to our technical sub-processors: Microsoft Azure (site hosting and form-sending service), Azure Communication Services (sending the email containing your message and the automatic confirmation email sent to you) and Cloudflare (protection and transit of the form, Turnstile anti-bot check; Cloudflare sees your IP address and the form content while they are in transit). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Information submitted via the form (name, email, message) is kept for as long as necessary to process your request. Your IP address, used solely for anti-spam limiting, is only taken into account within a rolling 10-minute window after your attempt and then excluded from the calculation; it is stored only in the memory of the sending service (never in a database) and disappears at the latest when that service restarts.

Transfer outside the European Union

Our sub-processors (Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare) may process data on infrastructure located outside the European Union. In that case, such transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies. The browser's local storage is used to remember your display preference. When you display the contact form, Cloudflare's Turnstile anti-bot service stores a technical item there, strictly necessary to protect the form against bots. None of these uses requires consent. Turnstile's privacy practices are described in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum (https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/).
