Through the site's contact form, we collect:

  • the selected project type
  • the content of your message

For security purposes and to limit abuse (anti-spam), your IP address is also processed temporarily when the form is submitted.

Recipients and sub-processors

Your data is transmitted to our technical sub-processors: Microsoft Azure (site hosting) and Azure Communication Services (sending the email containing your message and the automatic confirmation email sent to you). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Information submitted via the form (name, email, message) is kept for as long as necessary to process your request. Your IP address, used solely for anti-spam limiting, is only taken into account within a rolling 10-minute window after your attempt and then excluded from the calculation; it is stored only in the server's memory (never in a database) and disappears at the latest when the server restarts.

Transfer outside the European Union

Our sub-processors (Microsoft Azure) may process data on infrastructure located outside the European Union. In that case, such transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Cookies

This site does not set any non-essential cookies and does not use any audience analytics tool or advertising tracker. Only the browser's local storage (localStorage) is used, solely to remember your display preference (light/dark theme) — a strictly technical use that does not require consent.
